IT services has scheduled maintenance to many of our on-line services. This maintenance will occur on Saturday, February 20th from 7 p.m. to Sunday, February 21st at 1 a.m. Services may be up earlier, however, we have reserved a 6 hour time window.
The following services will be unavailable or disrupted: • myOkanagan Portal (select services) • Banner and Banner related services (including ARGOS) • BRM • Financial Aid • Continuing Studies Online Registration • Apply Online • Online Payments • Classfinder • FAST (including, WebReq) • Workflow (including EPAF, Test Accommodation & Event Booking) • Etrieve Forms functionality • Transcript Request • Housing Application • Student Affairs/Disability
The following services will continue to run normally: • OC Web-site • myOkanagan Portal with limited services • Microsoft TEAMS • MOODLE learning management system • Outlook email (Employees) • myOkanagan email (Students) • Network folders • Library catalogue and online services • On campus Wireless • Lab and Info Commons workstations and printing • HR POST (employment opportunities)
Other services not listed above may also be impacted.
