The fix should be applied in the next hour.
We should have an update by 1pm.

We are continuing to work with the vendor on a fix for this issue.
The next update will happen by 12pm.

Services Affected:
IT Services is currently working with the vendor on issues with the Etrieve system.

Impact:
Users trying to access Etrieve will be unable to do so or may have intermittent connectivity.

Resolution:
Our software team is working diligently to trace the issue and restore services.
